Alexander Fisher
ALEXANDER D. FISHER graduated from Brandeis University in 1999 with a B.A. in History and Politics, and received his Law Degree in 2003 from the Syracuse University College of Law. Alex is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Gartner + Bloom, Alex worked for a large New York City firm defending automobile, premises, Labor Law, wrongful death, property damage, and construction defect cases. In that capacity he also defended the New York City Housing Authority in a number of actions. He recently served as lead defense counsel on a large multi-million dollar property damage case. He has also been successful in winning and opposing numerous summary judgment motions involving issues such as the “storm in progress” doctrine, contractual indemnification, spoliation, and res ipsa loquitur. Additionally, Alex has filed and argued successful appeals before the Appellate Division.
